Thought I Would Share a couple recipes!

1 Cup Salad dressing

1/2 Cup Ketchup

1/4 Cup Vinegar

3/4 Cup Sugar

1 Tbs. Worchestershire Sauce

Mix well with a whisk and pour over the salad. I also use this as a salad dressing for on any salad. I add a little onion for that. You can also make this more healthy by using canola or some other healthier oil. (Using olive oil is fine , but it has a tendency to get thick in the fridge.) Honey or any other sweetener can be substituted for the sugar. (Just know that you must store in fridge so it may cause it to get thicker too.)



Strawberry Bread

1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

2/3 Cup Salad oil

2 Eggs, Well Beaten

1 Cup Sugar

1 1/4 Cups Sliced Fresh Strawberries

1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans

Combine flour, cinnamon,baking soda, and salt and set aside. in another bowl beat together oil, eggs, and sugar. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, mixing just until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in Strawberries and pecans. Pour batter into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. cool in pan. makes one loaf.
